How I discovered Access Bars: A Journey To Clarity and Transformation

Writer: Eduardo RamosEduardo Ramos

I first heard about Access Bars over five years ago, but at the time, I didn’t give it much thought. It wasn’t until I attended a workshop where a practitioner demonstrated the technique that I had my first session. Surprisingly, what truly captivated me wasn’t the Bars themselves—it was the powerful mental tools that came with them.

Intrigued, I decided to take the Access Bars class, followed by a workshop with the same practitioner on money and finances. That’s when I started exploring more of the Access tools, occasionally using them in my daily life.

Fast forward to my chiropractic clinic—one day, I was talking with a patient who casually mentioned that he practiced Access as well. That conversation reignited my curiosity, leading me to redo the Bars class with him. Though he frequently invited me to exchange sessions, I always felt like the timing wasn’t quite right—until one day, it was.

During one particular session, I experienced an intense pressure in the center of my forehead, right where spiritual traditions place the third eye. The sensation lingered for two days. The next time I received a Bars session, I drifted into deep relaxation, but it felt as if something was quietly processing in the background of my mind.

When I shared this with my now friend, he explained that Access Bars is a gentle yet profound process, allowing the body to release stored beliefs, points of view, and limitations. Because it works so subtly, we don’t always notice the changes right away—but over time, they become undeniable. Indeed, I started feeling noticeably lighter and clearer, and I realized that I needed to make this a regular practice.

One of my most memorable moments was facilitating a Bars session for a friend. As we ran the Bars, we talked about a big decision he was struggling with—moving to a new city. His mind was clouded with doubts and worst-case scenarios. Through the Access questions, we uncovered the true source of his hesitation—an irrational fear, rather than any real obstacle. Suddenly, the situation didn’t seem so overwhelming, and even if things didn’t go as planned, it wouldn’t be the catastrophe he had imagined.

That was the moment I truly understood the power of Access Bars and its tools—they bring clarity, ease, and a new sense of possibility.

And so, my journey with Access Bars truly began.
